4. MANE (3 details, diagram after the text)

We knit in three different colors of yarn.

We collect 15 ch. (the foundation). Next, we knit curls:

dial We take 11 ch., from the second from the loop hook we knit:

10 inc, 2 sc on the main chain.

Next, we knit 7 more curls according to the scheme:

we collect 11 ch., from the second from the loop hook we knit:

10 inc, 2 sc on the main chain.

After the seventh curl is ready, knit sc in the first ch., Fix the thread, cut it off.

9. CHECKS (2 parts)

ASSEMBLY AND DECORATION

T.K. the product is knitted in a spiral, it is possible that when assembling and decorating, it is necessary to take into account +/- 1 row (above or below) of the specified.

Place paired parts on the same level (mirrored).

Mark with needles between row 10 and 16. Between them we will leave knots in the design of the head, which then will not be visible.

1.) Cross nostrils on the 5th row of the head. The distance between them is 4 sc.

2.) We embroider the eyes at the same level from 12 to 15 rows.

3.) We do not fill the horn tightly. Sew on the head row from 16 to 19.

4.) Fold the ears (every detail) in half again and sew. Sew on rows 18 to 20 of the head, 2 sc each from the horn.

5.) Sew on the cheeks from 15 to 17 rows.

6.) Place the mane from the horn down to the 15th row of the head.

First we sew the strip in the middle, then on the sides. Chaotically we swap the curls of different colors.

7.) From 10 to 16 row of the head, sew the body. Thanks to DC in the description of the body – we place the head tilted to the side as shown in the photo.

8.) Sew the hands on the same level on the sides at an angle from 3 to 5 rows of the body. Sew the handles in the place shown in the photo.

9.) Armbands on pointe shoes (2 parts)

We collect 33 ch., Fix the thread, cut it off.

Sew on as shown in the photo, crochet the ends of the threads into the product.

10.) Skirt – tutu

Cut tulle strips: width – 5 cm

length – 15 cm

quantity – 40 pcs.

Sew an elastic band 1 cm wide, 17 cm long (we focus on the waist of your unicorn) in a circle.

Fold the tulle strips in half, attach them as shown in the photo.

Unwrap the skirt from 8 to 10 body rows.
